In honest contemplation I am reluctant to diagnose any child. My aim is to find the underlying cause of the presenting symptom.
As part of the philosophy of non-diagnosis, we also do not write reports as we believe that we do therapy so that things can change and we do not hang on to the aspects that have the potential to change.
The Question of Medication
As part of our eco-systemic approach, we follow a chemical-limited approach. As such, it is important to know that I personally do not like to refer children for prescribed medication, and will do so only in most severe cases.
